If you are divorced
Your ex-spouse is not entitled to any share of your estate. However, if your death occurs within the period of Eddah (a period of three months after the official pronouncement of divorce), your divorced spouse would still be regarded as your legal heir and thus will be entitled to his/her faraidh share of your estate. Your children with your ex-spouse, however, remain entitled to your estate under faraidh. Do note that divorce does not revoke the nominations to your CPF monies. You may wish to revoke your previous nomination and do a re-nomination.
