If you want to donate to a charity after death
If you want to donate part of your estate to charity, you should consider making a Will, by stating your wish to donate up to 1/3 of your net estate to the charity of your choice. If you do not have a Will, your wish to make a charitable contribution after your death may not be fulfilled by your legal heirs.
